We offer comprehensive property management services, starting from finding tenants, collecting rent (or pursuing overdue payments), handling and reconciling fees, utility bills, and taxes. The net profit from your investment is deposited into your account, and to ensure the accuracy of the financial transactions, you receive additional financial reports.
We conduct regular inspections of the apartments to ensure they are being used in accordance with the agreement. This is also
an opportunity to maintain good relationships with tenants and ensure their satisfaction. Upon request, we can perform ad hoc inspections, for example, in cases of disturbance of domestic peace by tenants.
In case of emergencies, we provide 24/7 interventions throughout the year. Besides resolving the issue, we also handle determining liability and assist with any insurance claims if necessary.
When the tenancy agreement expires or is terminated, we assist in conducting the apartment handover and settling the security deposit, ensuring that any damages are properly noted, assessed, and accounted for.
